Ingredients:  
1 large yellow onion- chopped small
1 red bell pepper- chopped small
2 small jalapeno- seeded and diced
2 T EVOO
4 to 5 c beans- ready to use or canned [3 cans]
4 cloves garlic- diced
1/2 can tomato paste
1 large can diced tomatoes in juice
1/4 c chili powder
3 T cumin
1 c cilantro leaves
2 c water- or more
Sea salt and pepper to taste
