Title:   Homemade Chips

Ingredients:  
2-3 Greek pitas or whole wheat pitas
3 T olive oil
Salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder or other seasoning
Directions:   Cut up pitas in small triangular shapes. Mix olive oil with seasonings desired. Toss pita triangles in olive oil mixture. Lay them on a cookie sheet and cook on top rack in 500F oven. Cook for 5 minutes and then turn- watch them closely, they go fast! Dip in black beans and salsa.
